Grant of Probate
Telemon Lawyers charges the prescribed fee for obtaining grant of probate. Work in relation to administration of an estate is generally charged at an hourly rate.
Do you provide a free initial consultation?
No. However we generally offer the first hour at a rate of 50% of the standard rate. Time thereafter (subject to instructions) is charged at the usual fees.
